Hi, I’m Lauren, founder of 

The Subconscious Muse.

 I am a Certified NLP Practitioner, 

Subconscious Strategist, Author, and 

Motivational Speaker for 

Visionary Leaders. 

As a Mind Muse and coach, I guide high-achieving entrepreneurs and leaders who look successful on the outside, yet feel blocked by invisible ceilings on the inside.

Through subconscious rewiring, NLP, and advanced mind–body modalities, I help high performers dissolve deep-rooted blocks, reclaim their energy, and step into an identity that creates success aligned with integrity, fulfillment, and freedom.

My ideal clients are mission-driven leaders who have faced failure but refuse to stay stuck. They’re ambitious, self-aware, and committed to doing the inner work required to rewire their minds, expand their vision, and rise with authenticity.

Beyond coaching, I’m an educator and consciousness expander, dedicated to helping people navigate the unknown and unlock higher levels of awareness. I’ve been a poet since childhood, using words to illuminate paths beyond fear and limitation. I’m also a self-taught video and audio editor who has collaborated with global clients, driven by my love for turning pure imagination into powerful creations.

At my core, I am a mind and heart expander, an intuitive manifester, and a protector of the greater good of humanity. I live fearlessly heart-forward, creating a ripple effect of transformation, possibility, and beauty for my daughter, my loved ones, and the world.
